Bad service and bad look

Visiting the Steers in Naboomspruit, on few times the floors are dirty, they have now change, the food is discusting not enough sauce. Personnel working there look like the sitting in their sitting rooms. On chairs that I think is there for customers to sit on. Think the head office must visit them not letting them no. The manager in charge of the Total and steer have no manners. I don't think she is the write person to manage. And she smoke in public as well. Don't think it is nice for the name of that business. Before I forget they don't give you change if your item kist R11.80 they don't give you the change. Awnser no change!!! Bad management and services!!!! I allow see that as *****. I WOULD LIKE STEERS HEAD OFFICE TO VISIT THEM BY SURPRISE.
