Bad service and bad attitude.

I was at steers in boulders mall this pat Sunday and the lady who was assisting me (Cynthia) gave me the worst customer experience ever. She never cared to educate me as a customer who is not a regular at steers. I bought a meal and little did I know it was a mere kiddies meal and when asked her as to why she didn't tell me about this, she just gave me an attitude. I then asked if I could change it to a meal of my choice she then blatantly refused saying I should have asked first before purchasing. Even the lady who was an acting manager was refusing to assist. It was only after I mentioned "hello Peter" that she was willing to help. Bad service and lack of customer education. I was hugely disappointed at the fact that the stuff didn't have any product knowledge whatsoever so as to fully educate customers so that they can make decisions based on what they've been told rather than assuming that customers know what's what.
