Bad service and attitude from staff

I went to steers kathu by elegant fuel garage around 18:00pm. I knew it was going to be very busy due to the wachy Wednesday. I placed my order and payed around 18:10 i gave the staff until 18:40 because i knew there is a lot of orders. I went to stand by the counter trying to get a response from the staff members to ask for my order. Not one even looked at me or tried to help me. At 19:15 i was still trying my best to get there attention. I got no reaction the till lady (precious) i call her name out various times and no help came. My food pakket was stading on the counter for 30 minutes by 19:25 i finally got someone to assist me. The staff member had a very bad attitude towards me. She gave me the ice cold food which was standing for an half an hour on the counter for no reason it was already packed an ready. This is very unfortunate because i was a regular customer at this steers branch but i will never in my life buy there again. I have never received such a bad service and unpleasant staff members in my life. I think you must investigate this with urgency because i was not the only customer with the same frustration. There was about 10 people behind me and they are much more frustrated than me. From there comments its seems this has been a ongoing problem for a time now.
