Bad Service and Attitude

Yesterday evening we went to Steers for Wacky Wednesday! We placed our order of 1 Wacky and 3 Rage Burgers. They were quite busy but the orders were finished quickly, for all except us. We waiter for all most 40minutes before I asked if our order might be ready since most of the clients that arrived after us has been helped. The lady behind the counter mumbled that they were waiting for something, I left it at that and waited another 10min before asking what exactly they were waiting for. They lady said they were waiting for the small burgers - ok I said how much longer will it be since I have stood there for more than 45min. At this stage I got attitude and was told 2min. After a further 10min I finally received my order - I spent an hour waiting for 1 Wacky Wednesday and 3 tiny rage burgers! This Steers apparently does not believe in customer service! Previously we arrived there 40min before their closing time to purchase ice cream for the kids and was told the machine was already off and cleaned for the day so they can't help us. Don't think I'll go back anytime soon!
