Bad Service

Today I ordered food from Steers Protea Glen Mall and I payed using card. To my surprise I call them so that I can follow up only to find out how far is my order. I spoke to one consultant who was friendly enough to transfer my call to the store. Unfortunately I got cut off. I tried to call again this time I spoke to sphindile and she said that the online orders have been offline the entire day. Now I'm confused what going to happen to my money cause I payed using card and why was the system not updated and informed me that delivery was not available. This is so wrong and unprofessional.
