bad service

Steers Carletonville needs to change their service.

Yesterday 30 Sept 2024 was the 3rd time my order took 2 hours to be prepared, every time I call I was told the driver is coming to deliver he left the store, yet 1 hour later I drive to the store and I found my food cold, scooters were parked with no driver on site and the cashier had a bad attitude as if it was my fault that the order was delayed as if that was not enough, the chicken was dry and burnt and my patties were also burnt.

On a previous order my order was incomplete resulting in us having to go query it and get our complete order yet we opted for delivery for convenience reasons
