bad service

i ordered two burgers at STEERS RIVERSIDE MALL Nelspruit, and asked to have them separate as it for two people in different departments. the order came in a small little bag with french fries squashed inside. i called and spoke to 3 different people who i am still waiting for their call back. this order was places today at 11h30AM
