Bad service

I placed an order on the app and it was accepted by Steers Cosmo City at 19:01. I got a notification that the driver “Richard” is on his way and estimated delivery was 19:40. After having to call steers 3 times and getting the driver’s number , I only received my food at 20:30. I think if I wasn’t 5 months pregnant and extremely hungry I wouldn’t have been so upset but wow this was atrocious service! Do better please
