Bad service

On our way to klerksdorp we decided to stop and get a bite to eat by N12 North Steers, there was a Lady ordering before us. While waiting for the food the CASHIER ~ Shelton Madzirerusa "as on till slip" walked with the Lady in front of us to her car just to carry a bottle of coke?

My question: ~ From when does a cashier carries coke to a client's car? Leaving the front desk unattended. ~ Our food laying under the hot grill and waiting for Him to return to his work place while our buns is getting hard from the grill? ~ The other clients waiting for service as there's nobody to attend them?

Please take note and speak to your staff members as it was a very unpleasant experience as I told the cashier as well.
