Bad service

At 16:16pm 01-08-2023 I went to Waterfall mall steers in Rustenburg... I got there and there was no cashier... There were 2 workers who were chatting, I asked them for service, they started calling for someone who didn't pitch... I was then told to go order at Debonairs which was 16:38pm...after my order I went to the toilet came back and waited another hour for my order to come, I asked the guy who was serving me, he checked my slip and realized they forgot about my order, they started laughing with his colleagues saying they've been wondering why I was sitting there for so long... These people don't even apologize for their bad service, they kept on saying I was just sitting there and making fun of me... I'm really disappointed I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to that Steers to buy something... And I was rushing for my 16:15pm at Sterkenikor, I thought at least I can be 15min late, but instead I was half the time late...
