Bad service

Never have I ever received such bad service. I ordered food from steers the food took 3 hours to arrive there was no communication from them not only did the food arrive late but the roll was hard as if it was warmed in a microwave the lettuce and tomato very sloppy the food tasted like it was made along time ago and warmed in the microwave. I sent them my complain to this day they still investigating no feedback or nothin. Made the order on the app and the restaurant that delivered is Chris hani Vosloorus
