bad service

I ordered 3 King Burger Promotion form Steers Ferndale Village Randburg for R49.90. What I got was 3 get real burgers (small version of steers burgers) that looked very terrible and chips from Fishaways that smells like fish. I called to complain about what we got and they promised to send proper burger to us, after a while I received a call telling us that they are not going to replace the third one because my colleague eat it. His problem was he paid for a steer burger and got a smaller version of that with the same amount which is bad service. I spoke to the Owner as he was introduced to me by the name of Rayan and he promised to deliver the burgers to us and will not do anything with the one that was eating. He also promised to bring us Steer burgers that we expected and vouchers. After waiting for 2 hours for the delivery we finally got burgers with no vouchers as promised. As a pregnant woman I was left to wait about 3 hours to get my food, I ordered at about 13:15 and only got my food at about 16:00 . He was not even apologetic he just wanted to get reed of us. <br> I think their service was appalling and our colleagues vowed to never go to that place again :-(
