Bad service

Had a bad experience with steers Louis trichardt on the 2nd February around 6:15pm,I went in and ordered brisket and 1/4 chicken meal with pap,the lady on the counter requested us to be quick hence the will be load shedding at 7pm,I then ordered ribster and 1/4 chicken meal there's no pap and I asked if there's chicken the lady said there's no chicken because theres no water.When I was about to order burger meal,the lady started assisting Mr delivery guys with their online orders with the other 3 ladies leaving me standing at the till,after about 10 minutes the other lady said to me they will attend to me ,I wanted for another 5-10 minutes but no one showed an interest of attending to me and I left the shop without buying.Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who was assisting me,the service was so bad
