Bad service

I went to Steers in Boulders, l waited for almost 10mins waiting to be served, there was only one lady who was making milkshakes, l asked her if she's working alone, she told me that she is and others are on lunch, the manager was on the phone at the back.

I fail to understand this kind of service when it's so quiet in the store, l left without ordering anything. Am so disappointed.
