Bad service

Poor service I have received at Steers Rondeborch. I ordered online for a burger meal on the 3rd of march and did not get my cooldrink, and the burger was not well prepared, I reported it to them immediately. they made contact after a week and I asked for a refund cause the was no use for the cooldrink anymore. Up until now I have not been contacted again or get my money back. No more ordering from them again :-(
