bad service

I just had a bad experience with Steers customer service, I bought their chicken combo meal in store, they took their time to prepare my meal then i asked them to deliver my order at home i then pay R15 extra for delivery as asked. The problem comes when i receive my order an hour later, the chicken was dry not fresh. It tasted like it was from three days ago and worst part their chicken combo comes with 1Liter coke instate they gave me 440ml come .I tried to call them to explain to them what happened so that they can fix their mistake, they kept on hanging up on me telling me that they will call me back and they even refused to tell me their names when asked them.
