Bad service

Good Evening Yesterday before 16:00 I ordered a whacky Wednesday special plus two extra order of chips for my son's birthday to be delivered at 18:00 on your nine order system. I did this because I know all orders are online. I was directed to Steers Highlands.At 18:40 I started calling the store to check only order, Not once was the phone answered by a person. Only redirected and cut off.This morning after complaining on Facebook somebody asked me if I received my order and asked for my contact details, (around 9 am).They thanked me for my phone number after 13:00 today, No response I phoned Highlands around 13:00. Firstly I got told that the order was not seen, Then I got told that they could not find the order because two persons with the name Bianca ordered yesterday, the order number means nothing to them. My order came around 14:30, the food was cold, bacon bits on one order of chips was almost zero and two large chips that were ordered extra was not even delivered. Also not even one packet of salt or anything I realize that this is a hard time for food stores but surely if there is an error you try your best to fix, not to further disappoint, I am awaiting a refund of chips not received, its might be R56 but for some people its a lot. May McDonalds can serve my sons cause he ate bread on his birthday Very dissapointed
