Bad service

Hi had a very bad experience at steers canalwalk yesterday i ordered a creamsoda and cashier(ayavela) gave me sprite when i confronted her she rep**** back in xhosa im lying to her supervisor. When i went back to order a dip cone cashier(ayavela) rep**** there is no dip and i will wait to long for a cone. My question is why must i be treated this way as her paying customer
