bad service

I recently went to steers in Vryburg, to say the service was appalling is an understatement. firstly the store wasnt busy but it took 15 minutes to order. After we ordered it 45mins to get service of our order. we had to stand up and ask how far the order was. we gave the slip to the guy working there. we waited while the order was ready but he still never gave us our order, he left it there and we had to ask for 3rd time how far our order was. we finally got our order and instead of 2 cokes they had put down 2 cones. when we asked for the cones they were dragging their feet and giving attitude until i eventually told them we didnt want them. The order was taken incorrectly and it took almost 1h30 min to get the order. we were given small chips instead of the medium that comes with the king steers. and the people there have no sense of urgency and their attitude stinks.
