Bad service

Hi. Im so angry rite now. I ordered Steers Maponya mall online on the 8th Dec at 5pm, they didn't deliver my food that day. Apparently they don't deliver around y area. Next day I asked for my refund. They are so unprofessional, they said they will sort it out, till today I don't have my refund. Day b4 yesterday they said they can't send me my money coz the mall is full, whos problem is that, y didnt they make other means to pay me? they wanted to send an e-wallet. I'm still waiting even now, it's been a week 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 this is *****nse really
