Bad service

Placed an order earlier at Steers Ga-rankuwa Wacky Wednesday and was supposed to get 4 boxes but only got 3 boxes. I only noticed after paying and the delivery driver had left. I called the call centre to inform about this. I was advised that the store will call me back, someone called and said hello a few times and never called back. Am I expected to use my airtime again to call the store for a mess that they created ?This is really disappointing horrible service from Steers
