bad service : 2hrs to get the order

Steers at Engen Garage Parktown , David street. I placed an order online at 11:28am order was received , at 12:30 I called as I have not yet received my order and I spoke to Chad he promised to call me back , he never did. at 13:00 I called again spoke to Samantha she transferred my call to Ndaba, he apologies for not having my order ready in time , he said they forgot about my order, I ask for the manager Chris he was off duty , I asked for the owner I was told he is never ever in the store. at 13:15 my order was done late and I placed it in time so I can eat well but ended up getting my order almost 2hours , what a bad service and yet I paid a full price in less than a minute.
