Bad service

I ordered full chicken at steers evaton mall Thursday afternoon around 4pm . When I received my order that’s when I realise that the full chicken was not fresh only the 12 wings were fresh. I called the store the very same day and complained. I called them on Friday asking how am i going to get my money back they told me i had to send back the chicken which I refused to do that cause was ya work. The guy by the name of Katleho disrespected me asking whether im coming to get my money or not. Im so ****ed i want nothing to do with them i want my money back….
