Bad service

Last night around 8 we drove 5km from home to Steers Ninapark to buy 2 cups of caramel dipped ice creams. It was at night so we just took them and drive off. Few metres away, we just realised that we actually bought *******! The ice cream was not set. It looked like they had just prepared it few minutes ago and they used the caramel dip to cover that. The ladies who helped us didn't even make us aware so we can make a choice. It was a waste of almost R60 and our fuel.
