Bad service

I ordered online and was told that they didn't have lemon and herb sauce and they chose to put mild on the burger kind you I chose lemon and herb because I do NOT eat chilli. I gave the burger to someone else only to find that the lettuce was NOT entirely fresh and the tomato was soggy. It was just a mess not to mention the order was over an hour late. Have received such bad service from Steers Welkom lately. Will NEVER purchase here again
