Bad service!
If you are looking for a good meal at an affordable price... then the branch in Alberton, New Market is not the place to go! They leave out ingredients which you have paid for and when you call to question it, you just get an apology nothing else. I demanded my money back for the items left off my burger but have received nothing. Disappointed in the service delivery!

27 Jul 2019, 18:03Went to Steers New Market, Alberton today. Went through drive through. Ordered a few items of which one was a B King Bacon Brg (inv#*** order#446). Trusting in that we would get what we ordered AND PAID FOR, we only checked to see that the jalepenos were on cheesy chips as this had been left off before. We did not think to open up burger boxes to make sure all ingredients were on burgers. The drive thru was not busy at the time and this cannot be used as an excuse. Upon getting home, and super excited to have a tasty burger for dinner I opened my B King Bacon Brg only to see that there was no bacon on my burger! Talk about disappointment! I called the number ***) which is on the slip and was put through to a man whose response to me saying that our order was wrong with this “but you got your burger sorry that there was no bacon”. I responded saying that is not good enough, Steers owes me R10.00. Yes, it may only be R10.00 but due to the fact that I did not receive what the R10.00 was for, I want my money bac**** He then took my details and said that driver would drop off the R10.00. Well guess what.... that hasn’t happened. I want my money back Steers!!! This is bad bad bad service delivery and it’s called *****ing your customers money!
