Bad service

On Friday I ordered food at Steers Protea Glen at 18H25. I then received a call from them telling me they don't have pap can they replace it with chips I agreed. At 19H50 I called them asking them what is happening because I have been waiting for my order. The respond was that they don't have drivers but my food was ready. I was angry that I had to call them they did not even have the decency to call me and inform me that the is a delay. I then decided to go collect my food. When I was on the way I called them to tell them I was on my way to collect my food. They then told me the driver was getting lost. I asked where he was and they said in the shop. When we got there with my husband we asked for the manager who was so unprofessional Tumi. He looked at us and told us we are sorry. I asked to see the driver so that he explained where he got lost. The manager went to the back for 15 minutes and came back with a story that I could see the manager told him to say. Then the guy who took my order came to us to apologize but the manager grab him and sent him back to the till and he handed us our food. The food was cold, the paper bag was filthy you could see they put other orders on top of it... I did not enjoy their food at All...
