Bad service

I ordered king burger meal at steers wonderpark online at 19:19. The order only got delivered after 1h50 minutes. I called the store countless time, the waitron then called back at 08h30 and told me, my order is on its way. The order only arrived at 21h10. The chips were so cold and the burger soaky.
