Bad service
We get to steers pinetown at 19:30 to get some ice cream only to be told they cleaning the machine because they close at 19:45 when on the training hours list it says 20:00. My question is if you close at 20:00 why you close your doors at 19:45 and shouldn't you clean your machine after you close. Customer service has really gone down
