Red flag

Got chicken from steer's shell garage newclare the meat is as hard as a stone and it tasted off. I called to inform them some guy called Pride sent a driver to collect the meat and told me he will speak to his stuff I'm sure he ate the meat because I didn't get it back or refund nothing.
