Bad Service

On Sunday 29/10/2017 I was at Steers Prominade Mall, Mitchells To Order a Large Chilli Cheese Fries and a Strawberry Shake, It literally took 25 Minutes for my order this after seeing one chef in the kitchen and to top it off i received my shake without a lid, I then refused the shake and the lady at the counter gives me attitude about cancelling the order and wanting a refund as it makes no sense taking a cup without a lid. Driving home i then realised that my fries was half and hardly having had any cheese sauce on and at that time it was to late to turn back.

I never had a problem with the Service and food and is very dissapointed and will not be returning any time soon.
