Bad service

A few weeks back i went to steers in n1 city Mahn service was back as usual I waited 15mins to get my order taken and i waited 25 mins just for a burger What i don't understand is that steers wasn't even busy When i got to my car and eat the burger petty was cold. The staff is always talking to each other instead of serving the customers I don't think that i will go back to steers in n1 city
