bad service

On Wednesday 17th November I phoned in steers in Sarnia (176 Underwood Rd, Sarnia, Pinetown, 3615) "TWICE" and they put me on hold eventually they told me after 4 min of waiting on the phone they ask for my name and number "TWICE" and took some of my order , only to tell me after about 5 min that they are offline because of load shedding , some may not see the problem but they waisted my time and airtime when they could have started with "we offline", why ask me for my name and number and take some of my order.. Please can someone teach these people how to talk over the phone
