Bad Service

The service I received from steers is so appalling. I placed an order at 15:02 and still have not received my order now. I called the restaurant at 15:30 to find out how far the order was and was advised that the driver has left. I got a call back at around 15:45 from the restaurant and was advised that the order is on it's way. it does not take more than 2 hours to deliver. I called the call center about 5 times and get a consultant who advises they will transfer me to the restaurant however my line gets disconnected all the time. I requested to cancel the order , I was advised the manager of the store will call me. I am still waiting for the call even now. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life.
