BAD SERVICE

I have lodged a complain about Steers Kolonnade on the 01 April 2023 and everytime when I do A follow up I they say they are busy with my query they will get back to me.

Can they please get back to me and refund me my money back as I sent pictures of food that I received and also that I received short food
