Bad service

I ordered online with steers Kempton park and they delivered after an hour with the wrong ice cream order, them the rude lady called me telling me that the order they delivered is the correct one, because the one I claimed to have ordered are very "expensive" and she kept on talk and I got a 2nd delivery with out the original receipt and with Supa bad quality ice cream, all melted and the dip only on the tip not even covering the top and the ladies said her name is Nandi
