Bad review steers kloof

Hi there I keep anonymous I orded steers at kloof durban at 12 36pm.. To phone in 1 hour later to be told delivery will be 2 hours due to short staff (understand).. So I phoned after 2 hours totall time and the lady said wait another 35 min.. Now this is wrong..what If food gets cold and all that stuff.. She said it won't be Cold..from 12 36 to now 17h00..still nothing.. This is shocking. Steers support won't get back to you.. This is bad..
