Bad quality burnt and fatty soiled chicken

I purchased 1/4 chicken and burger from Steers. 5 minutes got to the office to find that the chicken piece was drenched in oil and with lots of pieces of fat hanging from the chicken. I then called the store the first time whereby I was told they unable to assist me as the manager is out. I called again manager advised that I must bring the chicken in. I took the chicken to the manager whom inspected the chicken and could clearly see that it was not eaten at all, skin and fat was hanging from it. She then advised that I need to take a picture of it and email it to her, whereby I should be getting feedback the next day. I asked if she could refund it or replace it instead and give me perhaps a burger or show me another piece, she refused said she can`t do it and that I would simply just have to take the chicken back as is. I then took the picture right there sent it to her and left the chicken there. Not only did I waste time and money calling them, but also having to go down to the store in pouring rain , just for the chicken to have been looked at and told sorry we cannot do anything, with smile. Sadly I find this level of service putrid,not to mention humiliating in store.
