Bad quality bad service

Ordered two snack burgers, no sauce, paid for two snack burgers no sauce. After a long wait, we got ONE snack burger with EXTRA sauce... too much talking and shouting between employees that they couldn't hear the order! In the end, the burger was thrown away. Last time we support steers.
