Bad quality and verry bad service

Hi. We were resentley passing steers in middelburg mall. On our way out quickly stoping to get a quick burger. The lady behinde the cashdesk had a verry bad attitude not even greeting and asking if she could help us. We had to wait for 10min for her to finish talking to the other kitchen ladys seeing we were the only customers in the shop at the time. When she came to the desk to help us she said what do you want in a rude tone. We then orderd the cheeseboy burger meal. That we saw her make, and let me tell you it was the worst burger i have ever eaten and thats coming from someone who loves your food. I have a picture that i would like to send on the quality of the food we resieved!!!!!! Needles to say i wil not be coming back anytime soon. We asked the lady to assist ons the burger and how it looks and she told ua thats how it must loo**** The store manager wasint there at the time!!!
