Bad product , bad service

Visited the Steers Morningside for ice cream ...looked lovely & creamy , unlike the watered down versions at some branches...Upon eating the ice cream , I found lumps (not ice bits) in the ice cream...I assumed it was just one or two pieces so merely took them off , however , there was more...much more.<br> I went back into the store , tried to get the attention of the front liner whose back was facing me ..when she finally acknowledged my presence , I greeted her but didn't get a chance to say anything else because her response to me was : 'Wait , I'm giving out an order'...no 'hello' , no 'will be with you shortly' ...just that..<br> I was taken aback.. Left the ice cream on the counter & walked out the store.<br> Whatever it is that you're adding to your ice cream , please fix for future patrons...I'm positive its not meant to be there.I may live in the area but will not be supporting this branch again..
