Bad pathetic service..

On saturday I went to by my family supper at the Steers in Kuilsriver. I placed an order and saw one of btheir special on the board and thought it would be a better by for my family. My order hadn't been made yet I asked the cashier to change my order. She rudely said it is not allowed to change my order. I then asked to speak with the manager and they refused to let me talk the her. I than phoned customer care 5 times and they told me they already logged the complain and there is nothing they can do. I than got hold of the manager and I asked her to refund my order and she said she is not going to change or refund my money cause who must take the loss. I asked her to speak the area manager and she said he is going to phone me then but I'm still waiting and it's Monday already. She said if I come back Monday she is gonna keep saying I'm wrong. I waited two hours and they still refused to helped me. I went to the cashier and told her I'm not going to take that order take my details and she just answered I don't have a pen. I went back there today seen as no one got back to me. I asked if I could speak to someone who can help me. The cashier she is still as rude as she was on Saturday and told her colleague go get that order in the cool room. The manager said they must put it there and give it to me whenever I come back. They are unwilling to refund me my money back or change my order. They expect me to take the food that was I had left there since Saturday. I am so dissapointed, disgusted and unsatisfied by the bad pathetic service i received on Saturday from customer care management and staff at the Steers in Kuilsriver. I am out of options as to why to contact seen as not one of them are willing to help me or reason with me.
