BAD MANAGER

Good day<br> <br> My daugher was yesterday at Steers and order something to eat. The lady who assisted her was new, but very friendly. The lady called over the assumed manager for assistance where she complained am busy with my till, but still come over to help. The lady asked her to void something and still asked me for her order in which she answered \I gave my order already". The supposed manager was very rude. Someone else from Ocean Basket come to the Steers shop in which the \""Manager\"" complained to the waitress of Ocean basket walk passed my daughter and said\""ja if anybody gives you trouble send them to me and i will sort them out\"". To me that was a direct theat. My question to your company is how can you employee people like that to represent your company and be the face of your company? After all of this the meal was received the went to lay a complained at Ocean Basket where the manager caught up to her an grabbed her on the hand and saying you have the wrong burger?? isn't it there job to check if the right order gets out? Will never buy by the shop again."""
