Bad management

Take out | Dinner I have never ever in my life been to steers or any fast food take away that i had to wait 1h12 for a burger and chip.. I took the time to drive all the way from Empangeni because i know steers in meerensee makes there food with passion... But it was bad this time. This is not a staff problem but management, group of people waiting for their food and Manger just walking past with out giving a hand to keep customers happy.. If you need any info please my number ***
