Bad Hygiene
its one thing not knowing people don't wash their hands in the kitchen. it's another watching a guy from the back of the kitchen take a pen out of his mouth, rub it between his hands and handle my food 30 seconds later. No gloves nothing...this is BASIC HYGIENE!
