Bad food quality.

My hubby and I purchased 3 burger combos from Malvern branch.When we got home the chips in all combos was raw and soggy.Whilst at store awaiting our order the chip fryer person took and old packet of chips added it to the Bain Marie.Then put chips in fryer came out of his station went to entrance dancing and chatting to fish aways staff.Came back to fryer added the new chips to old and carried on by even using the old packet.When I arrive home ten minutes later I get raw soggy chips even an extra packet.It took delivery guy 40 minutes after call to get here after we had eaten our meal.I still get soggy soft chips.This is not the normal standard the chips previously from this store is crispy outside not like this.We spend hard earned money at these stores and expect to get quality.
