Bad food bad service from Steers

On the 20th of January 2023. I bought 2 king Steers combo meal at their franchise in Maponya Mall. When I arrived home they were spoiled. I have engaged Steers through Twitter and needless to say to date they keep feeding me lies promising to give feedback or refund me.. Nothing has been done. They took my details but dololo feedback.. *** service
