Bad Food, Bad Customer service

On Monday 2025-01-06 I ordered a Mojojo Meal from Steers online. When I received my meal to eat it, the bun had mold on it. I phoned the customer care line to complain. They tried to connect to the store, but could not get hold of them. They SMS'd me a reference no CAS-***-M2Z1R1. I have done numerous telephonic follow-ups but still have not received any feedback from steers with regards to this. I am seriously worried about the safety of their food due to their lack of customer service. It is now 15 days later and no response what so ever.
