Bad food and service by staff and manager

Bought food for me and my daugter. When i got home my burger was totally raw. I contacted the store and the manager said there is no refelund i must come colle t a new order or they will deliver i opted for delivery thwn thwy called an hour later to say they can't deliver in my area.
