Bad experience SE4 STEERS Vanderbijlpark

We placed an order at SE4 vanderbijlpark, after 1 and half hour we phoned, i was cut off after holding for how long 5 x it is cost affective and time consuming to phone to find out where your order is, this is not the 1st time, always this time of month, after 2 hours he arrived, by then we ordered from another take away, really pathetic service to say the least, but then again they wont even bother to assist or reply back, im done with them, if they cannot handle pressure then dont let people place orders they cannot deliver.....
